The Secretariat General of the TAG is tasked with coordination and management of the Group. It includes not restrictively:

1. Preparing for general and specific meetings of the Group.
2. Preparing the agenda
3. Following up on resolutions and recommendations
4. Preparing for the Press Releases
5. Establishing communications and contacts with institutions, NGOs and experts
6. Managing the web site.
7. Receiving the requests for memberships and submit them to the Group

The office of the Secretariat General is led by Professor Walid Phares and Guillermo Martinez Casan. Professor Phares, who initiated and coordinates the project is co-secretary general of the Group. M Martinez Casan is the other co-secretary general of the Group.

Guillermo Martínez Casañ

The TAG will be pleased and honored to accept candidates for membership who subscribe to its declaration of principles. At this stage the TAG receives applications for membership from legislators belonging to the US Congress, the European Parliament, National Assemblies in Europe and Canada’s Federal Legislative Assemblies. The applications for membership are reviewed and accepted by the Group.
